Rules

Specific IVP Rules
- All players must sign the WAIVER, RELEASE, IDEMNIFICATION AGREEMEN to participate in a league.
- Returning captains get priority when registering for a league.
- Any team that does not call/text Phil or Chris that they are unable to play their designated time slot 2 times in one session, said team will be removed from league play without refund.
- In league play if there is a tie on win/loss, tiebreakers will be decided on head to head play.
- No more than 2 men on the court at one time for coed 4s.
- No more than 3 men on the court at one time for coed 6s.
- Teams must have at least 1 girl to start each game.
- If there is a no show team, the team that is present to play will get 3 wins but may not be guaranteed 3 games of play. The referee or league manager however, will make all effort to find a substitute team to play against.
- No make up games will be offered.
- All and any subs are allowed during the 8 week of regular league play. Any sub playing EOS tournament must have participated at least twice during regular league play and must be approved for EOS tournament by tournament director.
- To qualify for wins and losses during league play you must have at least 3 original players on roster for 6's and 2 original players for 4's.
- Only captains can call a time out.
- Only captains may discuss a controversial call with the referee.
- Any unsportsmanlike conduct may lead to removal of yourself as well as the team from leagues with no refund.
- NO REFUNDS OR MAKE UPS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES (INDLUDING ACTS OF GOD) WILL BE ISSUED AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE.
- USAV Rulle Amendment - Attack Hit Faults, Rule 13.2.3: Directs an attack-hit with the fingers, using an “open-hand tip” or “dink.” APPLIES TO ALL COMPETITION.
